| What type of information does Moneywise obtain and hold? |
| The type of information we collect and hold about you varies depending on the type of product or service you require. The personal information we hold about you may include: |

| In the event of a proposed corporate restructure, we may disclose your personal information to potential purchasers, for evaluation in full confidence, and in the event the business is sold, we may transfer your personal information to the purchaser. As a client you will be advised of any such transfer. |
| How does Moneywise protect your information? |
| Your personal information is generally held in your client file. Information may also be held in a computer database. |
| We will, at all times, seek to ensure that the personal information collected and held by us is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. At all times your personal information is treated as highly confidential. All paper files are stored in lockable cabinets, which are locked outside normal business hours. |
